  1. How long are shipping times?

We shall send out your products within 2 business days after we receive the order. The parcel is transported to the destination within 1-3 business days by Matkahuolto. If you choose home delivery, the parcel is then delivered to your home on the next day after the parcel arrives to the destination service point. Due to Covid19, the shipping may take longer and in the event that we do not have the product, it may also take longer (up to two weeks). In that case we shall keep the customer informed.

 

  1. What is the return policy like?

Please get in touch with us immediately at info@easiley.com in case you want to return a product. We shall refund the money into the account that was used to purchase the product. Our return policy allows up to 14days from the day you receive the products. Please return the products to Easiley Oy, Metsolantie 4, 92130 Raahe. For detailed information about returns and refunds, please refer to our refund policy.

 

  1. Is it possible to cancel my order?

Yes, cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified. At times orders may be sent out before we receive cancelation request. Should you receive the package after canceling, then let us know to process the transaction or a refund on info@easiley.com. In that case you will need to return the item to  We process the refund on our part within 34 hours after receiving the returned item.

 

  1. In case I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, a defect, or doesn't meet your expectations, then notify us on the contact information at the bottom of this page, and we’ll give you a full refund as soon as we receive the product, or replace the item.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes we do not offer exchanges if the product is defective, or unsatisfactory. Send us an email on the contact information below.
